LIONS CLUB ELITE EXTENDS A HELPING HAND TO EWS STUDENTS

DC Model Sr. Sec. School, along with Lions Club Elite Panchkula has successfully set yet another milestone by extending its support to meritorious students of the underprivileged section who have potential but are deprived of quality education due to their economic backwardness. It was a proud moment for the school when Lions Club Panchkula Elite gifted blazers to the EWS students of class 6 on the onset of winters. The club has been a great support to these students since the beginning of the classes. It’s been five years that the school took this responsibility of not only providing education to these children but also to improve their outlook towards life. The Director Sh. B.B. Gupta, proudly announced that the students of the previous sessions have been given ample opportunities for their all-round development which further helped them to feel comfortable and adjust with the regular classes. He further proposed that the process of imparting education to EWS students will be continued next year also. The Principal Mrs. Usha Gupta expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries present on the occasion and thanked Dr. KC Jain for rendering timely help to these children.
